Here’s another one my of @eatbanza creations🍝. If you haven’t had chick pea pasta before, you seriously gotta try it😍. I love meal prepping this stuff with sautéed veg for on-the-go lunches and it even makes for a super healthy, protein-packed dinner option! They just launched their bow-tie shape and I couldnt be more pumpped about it! Def my favorite shape growing up. I know I preach that healthy can be easy and I really mean it. Healthy meals don’t have to be complicated or include so many intricate spices. For this pan I started by sautéeing onions, garlic, frozen broccoli🥦 and peas, mushrooms and kale🥬 in olive oil. In the meantime, I boiled the pasta, drained it, then added it into the pan with a little bit more oil & a sprinkle of @traderjoes mushroom umami seasoning (totally optional. Salt & pepper would do the trick!🧂) I sautéed a little bit longer than served 👩🏻🍳🤘🏻😊🍽

pepper

tsp salt

bunch kale

garlic
peas

onion
mushrooms

pasta
bunch broccoli florets

oz mushroom blend
For this dish, start by sautéing onions, garlic, frozen broccoli, peas, mushrooms, and kale in olive oil in a pan. While the vegetables are sautéing, boil the chickpea pasta according to package directions. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Add a little bit more olive oil and a sprinkle of Trader Joe's mushroom umami seasoning (or salt and pepper). Sauté everything together for a little longer, then serve.View original recipe
