A quick and easy Asian-inspired stir-fry dinner that you can throw together without waiting for take-out. Features noodles, a variety of fresh vegetables, and your choice of protein.

What you need

zucchini

bell pepper

onion

bunch string beans
tbsp ginger powder
mushrooms

clove fresh garlic
tbsp braggs liquid aminos

tsp garlic powder

bunch collard greens

cooked chicken
Instructions
Start by sweating out the onions and mushrooms in a pan with olive oil and garlic. Gradually add in the other veggies (bell pepper, zucchini, string beans, collard greens) and sprinkle 1 tsp garlic powder and about 2.5tbsp liquid aminos. Continue to steam (adding a cover will speed up the process) until vegetables are tender. Then add in protein and rinsed noodles. Mix together and continue to steam briefly to allow the chicken and noodles to soak up the seasoning. Voila! Dinner is served!!View original recipe
