Instructions

1. Combine cinnamon, almond milk and flaxseed in a large bowl. Submerge each slice of bread in the mixture for about 1 min on each side then transfer to a skillet.
2. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
3. While the french toast is cooking, slice some strawberries and microwave for 1:30. Remove the strawberries and lightly mash with a fork.
4. Transfer cooked french toast slices to a plate. Smear on the cream cheese and layer with mashed strawberries and almond butter drizzle (optional).
